An empowering deep dive into the fundamentals of the jewelry industry
The Mega Mega Bootcamp is a consulting program created to help you break away from the daily grind of running your jewelry business and apply strategies employed by top industry professionals.
This program was inspired by the need for community and support among jewelry designers — who often find the industry opaque and the work isolating. Lauren and Meghan are committed to helping you transition your brand to a place of clarity and confidence.
Clarity
This program is designed to align you with the main tenets of jewelry brand growth: PR, Sales and Social Media. It will provide valuable insight into aspects of the industry that may have seemed mysterious or accessible only to an elite few.
The Mega Mega Bootcamp aims to help you understand how you intentionally decide where and to whom you choose to sell your product and how to market your business.
Community
This program provides the structure and network to build a supportive and inspiring entrepreneurial community.
It is inclusive of jewelers and jewelry brands at every price point and all stages of business. Fine jewelry brands, bench jewelers, and fashion jewelry brands are all welcome here.
Connection & Confidence
This program will help you reconnect with your business objectives and gain greater insight into the challenges and opportunities within the jewelry industry as a whole.
It is a rare opportunity to tune out the noise of daily tasks and receive valuable insights from industry professionals at the top of their field.

What Our Clients Are Saying
Who We Are
Mega Mega Projects was founded in 2012 by Meghan Folsom and Lauren Abend.
Before starting the agency, Meghan and Lauren each worked on opposite sides of the industry: Meghan in editorial and styling, and Lauren in retail and buying.
Mega Mega began as a way for us to use our experience working for top media publications and brands to support new designers. In 2012, independent brands became more lucrative due to the burgeoning world of ecommerce. As young creatives living in Brooklyn, we were deeply immersed in the downtown NYC designer scene.
When we first started Mega Mega, we had the freedom to work with any brand simply because we loved the jewelry. Now, as we have grown, our team has expanded to include twelve incredible industry professionals. Consequently, our fees have increased to support their successful business. This has sometimes distanced us from one of our true passions: supporting emerging jewelry designers who need our help the most. Our new online consulting community, The Vault by Mega Mega, is a way to change that, allowing us to return to supporting new brands in a holistic and intimate manner.
